Invisible sunshade

Cosmetologists propose us so many creams and lotions that protect the skin from the harmful influence of the sun rays. To use them it is necessary to define your proper Sun Protection Factor that is an indicator of how effectively a sun cream, lotion, cosmetic, etc. protects the skin from the harmful rays of the sun.
Non protected skin gets red after about 25 minutes of being at the sun. During this time we get the doze of ultraviolet rays that is the minimal one.
All notes on the lotions show how helpful it is and how much time we may spend in the sun. For example, SPF – 4 says that we may stay in sun four hours longer than unprotected skin may allow. But then if there is the lotion with the sign SPF – 30, then it must allow us to protect us from the sun during the whole day. But no! The lotion SPF – 30 shows the individual factor about 15 for blonds and 45 for swarthy skin.
But pay attention that SPF – 4 allows you to be in the sun only and hour and a half and not many times that will last an hour and a half each. And you mustn't put it every hour and a half. But still putting the lotion doesn't save it. Despite the spread opinion that the chemical and synthetically filters are not more harmful than the mineral ones the majority of lotions have the both filters. If the lotion has the sign "the total screen" it means that this lotion has the high level of protection that will still allow you to get the suntan. The real screens are destines for use in the mountains. If you spend much time in the water, it is better to use the oils.
