Suntan is the arts. And as every masterpiece it has its rules that should be followed as every masterpiece can be easily turned into ugly something.

Remember that being at the sun is safe till 10 in the morning and after 5 in the evening. Even healthy and young people mustn't stay at the sun more than two hours a day.

Negative suntan results

After the radiation from the sun is got it may be reflected in the form of harmful effects. The sharp effects are the sun burns, the certain immune disorders, the medical photo toxic reactions, the already had diseases worsen. The chronic effects are the wrinkles on the body, pathologic pigmentation, disorders in the immune control of the cancer of the skin and many others.

The sunburns usually influence and appear among blonds. Their skin is poor in melanin that is the protective hormone of the organism from ultraviolet rays. But too high doze of ultraviolet is not good for anybody. It is better not to overdo the tan especially in childhood because it may cause different diseases when children become adults.

The redness of skin after the sunbaths is the result of the ultraviolet rays' influence that gets through the outer layer of the skin that attacks DNA and cell membranes. The immune system reacts to the similar attack with the emission of the great number of free radicals that damage the skin around the injured cells.

The suntan is not easy to get for every person. Very often it becomes not rather even but with spots and makes the wrinkles worse. The skin becomes dry. Suntan is especially difficult to get because their skin didn't get used to the sun and its reaction is bad. That is why they should be very careful with the tan. In general all people must be careful with the suntan watching the time of being under the sun and considering the time of the intensive solar activity.
